Early Morse Best Innovation Sells to CommerceHub (12/18/14):  Mercent was acquired by Commerce Hub, another e-commerce company. Mercent provides online retailers, such as Amazon, with tools and services to manage and optimize online campaigns. The early Mercent technology was created by Morse Best Innovation, which is now Sappington.




Tim Goggin is the Founder and CEO of Sappington, an innovation consultancy headquartered in South Lake Union, within Seattle, Wash. Goggin and his team at Sappington align technology and business on a shared path to ensure the success of digital innovation. He believes in the transformative benefits that communication infused with the humanities disciplines can play in the enterprise business world. His mantra is that effective communication and understanding will separate the successful businesses from the rest.  Tim started his career at IBM and then moved to WRQ and Morse Best Innovation before purchasing the company that would become Sappington. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Westminster College.
